Conferences March 12th

At Dr. L.M. Hanna School, Three-Way Conferences (Students-Parents-Teachers) are a key part of our communication strategy regarding your child’s progress. Please plan on attending conferences with the applicable teacher for each child you have attending our school.

To keep things simple for families, we will be using School Interviews, an online conference scheduler. This website allows you, as a parent/guardian, to book appointments quickly and easy. Appointments are scheduled in 15 minute blocks, however we ask that conferences last no longer than 12 minutes, to ensure meetings can keep to schedule.

Conference time registration opens at 8:30 AM on Monday, March 1st and runs until Wednesday March 10th at 4:00 PM. The booking application will then be closed.

This Conference Manager operates on a FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. The sooner you book the better chance you have of securing the time you want. Families with multiple children will need to ensure that they log in early and book conferences for all children. We cannot make adjustments to people’s schedules.

When registering please include your email. Upon completion you will be emailed a confirmation of times, as well as a link to the ZOOM conference call. If you have chosen to receive a phone call, your child’s teacher will call you with the number you provided when signing up for the conference.

We greatly appreciate parents/guardians booking their own appointments but know this is not always possible. If you do not have internet access or if you have questions, please call the school at (306) 791-8594 during regular office hours and we will be happy to assist you over the phone. Please note that students will not have regular classes on Friday March 12th as these meetings occur, or on Monday March 15th (PD Day).

We look forward to an awesome day of planning for the success of our students.
