"Please watch for consent forms coming home to Pre-K and Kindergarten students for the Fluoride Varnish Program and consents for the Grade 1 and Grade 7 students for the Dental Sealant program, which is put on at no cost, by the Dental Health Promotion Team of Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. Please return these signed forms as soon as possible. Also, a reminder to those children in Grade 2 and Grade 8 who were not able to have their molars sealed last year due to being absent or not erupted, those consents are still valid this year and will be done this school year. Please call the office 1-306 766-6320 to revoke that consent if you wish."
